Loving-kindness meditation (or Metta meditation) is a practice that nurtures feelings of goodwill, compassion, and connection—starting with yourself and extending outward to others.

What to expect?

We’ll start the session with a brief “checking in” of mood and states.

The meditation will start with a gentle mindfulness practice, followed by offering phrases of goodwill and compassion to yourself, loved ones, and beyond.

There will be time for inquiry and dialogue after the practice.
